Partnership for the Environment Receives Gotham Green Award for Business
PFTE Co-Founder and President Jeff Schleider accepts Green Business award at the Gotham Green Awards 2010
New York, NY (April 22, 2010) – Partnership for the Environment was honored today at the second annual Gotham Green Awards Event in New York City as this year’s recipient of Gotham’s Green Business award. The event recognizes both member and non-member green businesses for their strides and successes in the sustainability sector. PFTE’s Co-Founder and President Jeff Schleider accepted the esteemed award on behalf of the organization, and addressed fellow green business professionals on the evolution of Partnership and the future of green business.
PFTE at NYC Food and Climate Change Summit
Partnership for the Environment Founder and Director, Jeff Schleider, spoke this week at the NYC Food and Climate Summit. The annual summit, held this year at the New York University Campus, aims to create a dialogue amongst concerned parties, including farmers, restaurateurs and consumers, and to increase engagement and action around our food system’s role in climate problems and solutions.
